1. What we collect
We collect only what we need to operate our services. That includes account information (name, email), usage telemetry (events, error reports), and content you submit (messages, uploads).
For Astris HR and TrailX customers, we may process data on your behalf as a Processor under your Data Processing Agreement. We do not access this content unless required for support and authorized by you.
2. How we use it
To deliver the product, secure it, communicate with you, and improve it. We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer content to train models.
3. Retention
We follow a zero-retention default for inference and chat data. Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and 30 days after deletion.
4. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@nexus.science. We respond within 30 days.
5. International transfers
We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers out of the EEA and UK. A list of subprocessors is available on request.
