By using any Nexus Science service you agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at security@nexus.science if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use our services to break laws, harm people, infringe rights, or evade security. We may suspend access for serious violations.
4. Fees
Pricing and billing cycles are stated in your order form or product page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Intellectual property
You retain rights to your content. We retain rights to our services, brand, and documentation. Each side keeps what they brought.
6. Warranties · Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
7. Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
